1.Kapsam ve Veri Sorumlusu

Bu politika, Lusifer2 çevrimiçi oyununun mobil uygulamaları (Android ve iOS; mağazalardaki adı “Lusifer Global”), masaüstü istemcisi, web sitesi ve oyun sunucuları (birlikte “Hizmet”) için geçerlidir ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ile uygulanabildiği ölçüde Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (“GDPR”) çerçevesinde hazırlanmıştır.

Veri sorumlusu: NARUTO YAZILIM MEDYA HİZMETLERİ (“Şirket”, “biz”). Başvurularınızı destek sayfamız üzerinden iletebilirsiniz.

2.İşlediğimiz Kişisel Veriler

Hesap bilgileri

Kullanıcı adınız, şifreniz (geri döndürülemez biçimde özetlenerek saklanır), web sitemizde hesap oluştururken verdiğiniz e-posta adresi ve hesap durumu bilgileri. Mobil uygulama hesap oluşturmaz; yalnızca mevcut hesabınızla giriş yapmanızı sağlar.

Oyun verileri

Karakterleriniz, seviye ve ilerleme bilgileri, envanteriniz, lonca, arkadaş ve engelleme listeleriniz, oyun içi ayarlarınız ile ticaret ve eşya hareketleri gibi oyun içi işlem kayıtları.

Oyun içi iletişim

• Sohbet, fısıltı, grup ve lonca mesajları Hizmetin sunulması için işlenir.
• Çevrimdışı bir oyuncuya gönderilen fısıltılar, alıcı oyuna girdiğinde iletilmek üzere saklanır ve en geç 7 gün sonra silinir.
• Genel duyuru (bağırma) mesajlarının metni ile oyun yöneticilerinin (GM) sohbetleri, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi amacıyla kayıt altına alınır.

Sesli sohbet

Sesli sohbet isteğe bağlıdır. Mikrofonunuz yalnızca konuş düğmesine bastığınız sırada kullanılır; sesiniz sunucularımız üzerinden aynı grup, lonca veya çevredeki oyunculara gerçek zamanlı iletilir. Ses kaydedilmez ve saklanmaz. Diğer oyuncuları susturabilir veya engelleyebilirsiniz.

Şikâyet kayıtları

Oyun içindeki “Bildir” seçeneğiyle gönderilen şikâyetlerde bildiren ve bildirilen karakter, şikâyet kategorisi, açıklama, harita ve tarih bilgisi kaydedilir ve inceleme için oyun yöneticilerine iletilir.

Teknik ve güvenlik verileri

IP adresiniz, giriş ve çıkış zamanlarınız, bağlandığınız kanal ve oyun süreniz ile hile ve kötüye kullanım tespitine ilişkin kayıtlar.

Masaüstü (Windows) istemcisi hile ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, hesap yasaklarının uygulanması ve “Güvenli Cihaz” özelliği için girişte şu cihaz bilgilerini gönderir: Windows makine kimliği, ağ kartı (MAC) adresi, disk seri numarası ve modeli, işlemci kimliği, bilgisayar adı ve Windows kullanıcı adı. Bu bilgiler hesabınızla ilişkilendirilerek saklanır.

• Güvenli Cihaz özelliğini açarsanız, onayladığınız cihazların listesi (cihaz adı, son görülme zamanı ve IP adresi) hesabınızda saklanır ve size gösterilir.
• Bir oyuncuyu engellediğinizde, engelin hesap değiştirilerek aşılmaması için engellenen hesabın cihaz imzaları engel kaldırılana kadar saklanır.

Mobil uygulama (Android ve iOS) cihaz kimliği veya reklam kimliği göndermez; konum, rehber, fotoğraf ve kamera erişimi istemez ve bu verileri toplamaz. Mikrofon izni yalnızca isteğe bağlı sesli sohbet için, ilk konuşmak istediğinizde sorulur.

Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler

Oyun ayarlarınız cihazınızda saklanır. “Kayıtlı Hesaplar” veya “Hızlı Karakter Kayıt” özelliklerini kullanırsanız kullanıcı adınız ve şifreniz yalnızca kullandığınız cihazda, oyunun kendi depolama alanında tutulur. Başkalarıyla ortak kullandığınız cihazlarda bu özellikleri kullanmamanızı öneririz.

Destek yazışmaları

Destek talebi oluşturduğunuzda verdiğiniz bilgiler ve yazışmaların içeriği.

Web sitesi çerezleri ve Google Ads

Web sitemizde reklamlarımızın etkisini ölçmek için Google Ads etiketi kullanılır. Bu etiket ve çerezleri yalnızca çerez penceresinde “Kabul et” seçeneğini seçerseniz yüklenir; reddederseniz veya seçim yapmazsanız tarayıcınız Google’a hiç bağlanmaz. İzin verirseniz Google; IP adresiniz, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgileriniz, ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, reklam tıklama bilgisi ve sitemizde hesap oluşturup oluşturmadığınız gibi verileri reklam ölçümü ve reklamların kişiselleştirilmesi amacıyla işler. Seçiminiz tarayıcınızda saklanır; kararınızı sayfaların altındaki “Çerez Tercihleri” bağlantısından istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. İzni geri aldığınızda sitemizin Google çerezleri silinir.

Toplamadığımız veriler

Mobil uygulama ve masaüstü istemcisi reklam, analitik veya çökme raporlama araçları kullanmaz ve sizi başka uygulama ve sitelerde takip etmez. Web sitesindeki Google Ads etiketi yalnızca yukarıda açıklandığı gibi izninizle çalışır. Mobil uygulama içinde ödeme alınmaz; uygulama ödeme bilgisi toplamaz.

3.İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebepler

• Hesabınızın oluşturulması ve yönetimi ile Hizmetin sunulması: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m. 5/2-c).
• Hile, dolandırıcılık ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, topluluk kurallarının uygulanması ve hesap güvenliği: meşru menfaatimiz (KVKK m. 5/2-f).
• Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve yetkili makamların taleplerinin karşılanması: hukuki yükümlülük (KVKK m. 5/2-ç).
• Destek taleplerinizin yanıtlanması: sözleşmenin ifası ve meşru menfaat.
• Web sitesinde reklamlarımızın etkisinin ölçülmesi (Google Ads çerezleri): açık rızanız (KVKK m. 5/1). Rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz; geri alma, öncesindeki işlemeyi etkilemez.

4.Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz satılmaz. Reklam amacıyla yalnızca, web sitesinde çerezlere izin verdiğinizde Google ile paylaşılır. Veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki durumlarda aktarılabilir:

• Hizmeti çalıştıran barındırma (sunucu) ve içerik dağıtım (CDN) hizmet sağlayıcılarına, yalnızca Hizmetin sunulması için ve talimatlarımız doğrultusunda. Oyun dosyalarını indirirken IP adresiniz içerik dağıtım sağlayıcısı tarafından işlenir; bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir ve bu aktarım KVKK’nın 9. maddesine uygun olarak yapılır.
• Web sitesinde çerezlere izin verirseniz, reklam ölçümü için Google’a (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Google’ın sunucuları yurt dışında, ABD dahil, bulunabilir; bu aktarım açık rızanıza dayanır (KVKK m. 9). Google’ın verileri nasıl işlediği için Google Gizlilik Politikası.
• Kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına, yasal talepleri üzerine.
• Hukuki haklarımızın kullanılması ve savunulması için zorunlu olduğu hâllerde.

Karakter adınız, loncanız ve oyun içi mesajlarınız, oyunun doğası gereği diğer oyunculara görünür.

5.Saklama Süreleri

• Hesap ve oyun verileri hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır.
• Çevrimdışı fısıltılar en fazla 7 gün saklanır.
• Web sitesindeki çerez seçiminiz tarayıcınızda 180 gün saklanır, sonra yeniden sorulur. İzin verdiğinizde sitemizin Google Ads çerezleri (ör. _gcl_au) en fazla 90 gün tarayıcınızda kalır; Google’ın kendi alan adlarındaki çerezlerin süresini Google belirler.
• Şikâyet, güvenlik ve işlem kayıtları, ilgili amaç için gerekli olan süre ve yasal saklama yükümlülükleri boyunca saklanır; süre sona erdiğinde silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.
• Hesabınızın silinmesini talep ederseniz, yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu veriler dışındaki veriler silinir veya anonim hâle getirilir.

6.Haklarınız

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. GDPR kapsamındaki kullanıcılar ayrıca veri taşınabilirliği ve işlemenin kısıtlanması haklarına sahiptir.

Taleplerinizi Lusifer2 hesabınızla giriş yaparak destek sayfamız üzerinden iletebilirsiniz. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır. Başvurunuzun sonucundan memnun kalmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

7.Çocukların Gizliliği

Hizmet 13 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek kişisel veri toplanmaz. Böyle bir durumun fark edilmesi hâlinde ilgili hesap ve veriler silinir.

8.Veri Güvenliği

Oyun bağlantısı şifrelenir, şifreler geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır, mobil oyun dosyaları güvenli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden ve imzalı olarak indirilir. Kişisel verilere erişim yalnızca yetkili personelle sınırlıdır.

9.Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler web sitemizde ve gerektiğinde oyun içinde duyurulur. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi sayfanın başında belirtilir.

Bu politika veya kişisel verileriniz hakkındaki soru ve talepleriniz için Lusifer2 hesabınızla giriş yaparak destek talebi oluşturabilirsiniz.

1.Scope and Data Controller

This policy applies to the mobile applications (Android and iOS; listed in the app stores as “Lusifer Global”), desktop client, website and game servers (together, the “Service”) of the Lusifer2 online game. It is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Data controller: NARUTO YAZILIM MEDYA HİZMETLERİ (the “Company”, “we”). You can submit requests through our support page.

2.Personal Data We Process

Account information

Your username, your password (stored in a non-reversible hashed form), the e-mail address you provide when creating an account on our website, and account status information. The mobile application does not create accounts; it only lets you log in with your existing account.

Game data

Your characters, level and progress, inventory, guild, friend and block lists, in-game settings, and in-game transaction records such as trades and item movements.

In-game communication

• Chat, whisper, party and guild messages are processed to provide the Service.
• Whispers sent to an offline player are stored so they can be delivered when the recipient logs in, and are deleted after 7 days at the latest.
• The text of public shout messages and the chats of game masters (GMs) are logged to prevent abuse.

Voice chat

Voice chat is optional. Your microphone is used only while you hold the talk button; your voice is relayed in real time through our servers to players in the same party, guild or nearby area. Voice is not recorded or stored. You can mute or block other players.

Reports

When you use the in-game “Report” option, the reporting and reported characters, the report category, your description, the map and the date are recorded and forwarded to game masters for review.

Technical and security data

Your IP address, login and logout times, the channel you connect to and your play time, as well as records relating to the detection of cheating and abuse.

The desktop (Windows) client sends the following device information at login to prevent cheating and abuse, to enforce account bans and for the “Trusted Device” feature: Windows machine ID, network adapter (MAC) address, disk serial number and model, processor ID, computer name and Windows user name. This information is stored linked to your account.

• If you enable the Trusted Device feature, the list of devices you approve (device name, last-seen time and IP address) is stored in your account and shown to you.
• When you block a player, the blocked account’s device signatures are stored until the block is removed, so that the block cannot be avoided by switching accounts.

The mobile application (Android and iOS) does not send a device ID or advertising ID, does not request access to location, contacts, photos or camera, and does not collect such data. Microphone permission is requested only for the optional voice chat, the first time you want to talk.

Information stored on your device

Your game settings are stored on your device. If you use the “Saved Accounts” or “Quick Character Login” features, your username and password are kept only on the device you use, in the game’s own storage area. We recommend not using these features on devices shared with others.

The information you provide and the content of the correspondence when you open a support ticket.

Website cookies and Google Ads

Our website uses the Google Ads tag to measure how well our ads work. The tag and its cookies are loaded only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie window; if you decline or make no choice, your browser does not connect to Google at all. If you allow it, Google processes data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, ad click information and whether you created an account on our website, for ad measurement and ad personalisation. Your choice is stored in your browser; you can change it at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the pages. When you withdraw your consent, our website’s Google cookies are deleted.

Data we do not collect

The mobile applications and the desktop client do not use advertising, analytics or crash-reporting tools and do not track you across other apps or websites. The Google Ads tag on the website only works with your consent, as described above. No payments are taken in the mobile application and it does not collect payment information.

3.Purposes and Legal Bases

• Creating and managing your account and providing the Service: performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Preventing cheating, fraud and abuse, enforcing community rules and keeping accounts secure: our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Complying with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities: legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Answering your support requests: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
• Measuring the effectiveness of our ads on the website (Google Ads cookies): your consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.

4.Sharing of Data

Your personal data is not sold. It is shared for advertising purposes only with Google, and only if you allow cookies on the website. It may be shared only in the following cases:

• With the hosting (server) and content delivery (CDN) providers that run the Service, only to provide the Service and on our instructions. When you download game files, your IP address is processed by the content delivery provider; its servers may be located abroad, and such transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
• If you allow cookies on the website, with Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) for ad measurement. Google’s servers may be located abroad, including in the USA; this transfer is based on your consent (KVKK Art. 9). For how Google processes data, see the Google Privacy Policy.
• With public authorities that are legally entitled to request it.
• Where necessary to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

Your character name, guild and in-game messages are, by the nature of the game, visible to other players.

5.Retention

• Account and game data is kept for as long as your account is open.
• Offline whispers are kept for at most 7 days.
• Your cookie choice on the website is kept in your browser for 180 days and then asked again. If you allow cookies, our website’s Google Ads cookies (e.g. _gcl_au) stay in your browser for at most 90 days; Google sets the lifetime of cookies on its own domains.
• Report, security and transaction records are kept for as long as necessary for their purpose and for applicable legal retention periods; afterwards they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
• If you request the deletion of your account, data other than that which must legally be retained is deleted or anonymised.

6.Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it is shared with, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to object, and to claim compensation for damage. Users covered by the GDPR also have the rights to data portability and to restriction of processing.

You can submit requests by logging in with your Lusifer2 account and using our support page. Requests are completed free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, with your local data protection authority.

7.Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such a case, the account and its data are deleted.

8.Data Security

The game connection is encrypted, passwords are stored in a non-reversible form, and mobile game files are downloaded over a secure connection (HTTPS) and are signed. Access to personal data is limited to authorised staff.

9.Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes are announced on our website and, where necessary, in the game. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date at the top.
